Open Atlas →How Atlas works
Finding open roles. Knowing which ones fit. Reaching the people who can hire you.
Most job boards index other job boards. Atlas reads Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, and Workday — the four ATS providers AI companies actually use. When a role closes, it disappears within hours, not days.
Paste your background once. Atlas scores every role against your actual skills — not as a vibe, as a list of overlapping qualifications. Every score comes with a reason you can verify.
Every role comes with the actual hiring team identified — real people at real companies you can look up on LinkedIn. No cold apply into the void. Warm path to the person who signs the offer.
The method
LinkedIn buys feeds from Indeed. Indeed scrapes ZipRecruiter. ZipRecruiter syndicates from a hundred ATS providers. Listings bounce between sites for days before any of them notices a role has closed.
Atlas reads the source. That is a slower way to build a job board. It scales worse. It misses jobs posted only on LinkedIn or only on Wellfound. We accept the tradeoff because the alternative — a fast index of slow data — is what the rest of the market is doing, and we don't want to be that.
The bet is that a candidate looking for a job at Anthropic, Cursor, or Mistral cares more about the truth of a listing than the volume of them.
